Description
The department of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has a requirement for a vendor to support the which began in the Fall of 2018. The upgrade of Axios assyst to Version 11 will make use of the enhanced web interface, provide multi-lingual support and reconfigure the Configuration Management Database to better align with NRCan’s vision, business objectives and IT Service Management maturity. The work will involve the following activities:
- Requirements Gathering and Project Management
- Communications
- Integration
- Transition
- Improvement
- Production support
- Training Support
- Help with pre-production support
Optional Years: Improvement Activities, software review, enhancements and improving service department process, on-boarding new service lines. Implement and configure change management, problem management, knowledge management and service management.
