SSC is reaching out to vendors to better understand the capacity of the information technology (IT) industry to provide the department with IT solutions and services that respect the Government of Canada’s official language obligations. This Vendor Engagement Initiative (VEI) seeks to understand your reality and your challenges in meeting these obligations.
The VEI is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment with respect to future purchases or contracts.
PROCUREMENT PROCESS
Agile Procurement Process 3.0 (APP3.0) is an innovative procurement framework. Part of this framework is an Invitation to Refine (ITR) process to support Shared Services Canada (SSC) to understand the market reality of vendors. The intention is to help SSC move more quickly and produce better results. The Vendor Engagement Initiative is a pilot launched by SSC’s Centre of Expertise in Agile and Innovative Procurement (CoEAIP) and leverages the APP3.0 framework.
Amendment 001 was created to add the April 29 presentation material.
