Description
The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) wishes to award a comprehensive standing offer for the service and maintenance of the Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) for the system located at the National Research Council’s 1 Artic Avenue, St. John’s, NL. The EBI is proprietary to Honeywell and only they have the information and knowledge to modify, maintain or update the programming and software of the system. Due to the kind of research taking place and the different level of alarms in place, it is imperative that all breakdowns or interruptions be repaired in the shortest delay possible and the contractor will prove 24-hour/365 emergency response coverage
