Description
CMHC is looking to develop a pool of pre-qualified researchers with this RFSO-000462 that have the knowledge, skills and expertise to undertake high priority research that contributes to CMHC’s 2020-23 Research Plan and that supports the National Housing Strategy and other federal and sector objectives. We are seeking qualified housing research expertise in three research streams:
- Social and statistical research,
- Technical research, and
- Housing finance and market analysis.
The initial term of the RFSO is two years with the option to renew at CMHC’s discretion for a subsequent two one-year extensions. The annual value of contracts awarded under this RFSO is expected to average $3 million annually including all applicable taxes
Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFSO document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 a.m. EST, on June 28, 2021.
