Description of the Requirement:
A mid-term horizontal evaluation of, It’s Time: Canada’s Strategy to prevent and address Gender-Based Violence (the GBV Strategy) is required, as per the Women and Gender Equality (WAGE) Departmental Five-year Evaluation Plan (2019-2020 to 2023-2024). It is scheduled to meet the commitments made in the 2017 and the 2018 Treasury Board submissions for the GBV Strategy.
WAGE will lead the horizontal evaluation, with guidance from an Interdepartmental Working Group of Heads of Evaluation (IDWG), composed of representatives from departments and agencies involved in implementing the GBV Strategy.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2022.
