The Department of Environment Canada has a requirement to obtain Off-road fleet data that supplements previously acquired data of similar scope while also establishing a long-term procurement strategy to have these data updated for future years. These data will improve the compilation of Environment and Climate Change Canada’s (ECCC) Greenhouse Gas, Air Pollutant and Black Carbon emission inventories.
