Title: Bottled Drinking Water & Water Dispensers, Nairobi, Kenya

Description:

The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires one (1) contract for the supply, delivery and maintenance service of purified bottled drinking water within the Chancery and approximately fifty (50) residential units for Staff of the High Commission of Canada in Nairobi, Kenya including refilling bottles, water dispensers and bottle racks.

The contract award date is tentatively set for August 1, 2021 for a period of three (3) years. However, in the event of unusual circumstances, the contract could be awarded at a sooner or later date. There is also the potential of two (2) additional one (1) irrevocable option periods under the same terms and conditions.

There are no Security requirements associated with this requirement, however, Contractor’s personnel will be escorted and placed under supervision of High Commission’s personnel at all times during the performance of the Work.

Basis of selection:

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
