Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for WRO21SL2 Natural Resources & Environmental Assessment Services – Source List at Various Locations across British Columbia
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The SL will be established with two (2) firms for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $3,750,000. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $100,000 and $350,000. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $1,250,000 at any time. The maximum value of a commission is $400,000. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
