This requirement is for: The Pest Management Regulatory Agency – Health Canada

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category(ies): Stream 1 – Human Resource, Category 1.1 – Human Resource Consultant – Level 3.

Description of the Requirement:

The Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) requires 4 (four) Level 3 – Human Resource Consultants that will be required for over a period of three (3) years to support various strategies, to strengthen PMRA’s ability to be a modern, mobile workforce while supporting openness and transparency.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Aboriginal peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from August, 2021 to September 30, 2024.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 450 days per resource.
