NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

Title: Construct a Detached Garage – Morse, SK

Solicitation Number: M5000-21-5821/A

Description:

This project consists of the following:

• Construct a detached 26 foot by 26 foot garage.
• Garage to have 10 foot high walls (slab to ceiling) with an interior demising wall (running the length of the interior garage and from floor to ceiling) to split the interior area split into two distinct individual self-enclosed areas.
• The contractor is to supply all materials, labour and permits.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 2021 December 31st.

This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. 

No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
