RFP Scope:
FCC is looking for a service provider to provide full administration and recordkeeping services for a Defined Benefit (DB) Pension Plan. FCC has a complex DB provision, which includes two supplemental plans. The DB Pension Plan Administrator will be accountable, with FCC guidance, to administer the plans as per the Pension Plan Text and Provisions.
For clarity, Defined Contribution Pension Plan Administration is out of scope for this RFP.
