    Description of Work:

    The Department of National Defence requires up to two (2) Life Cycle Management Specialists (LCMSs), Senior, to provide expertise and technical writing support. The LCMSs, Senior, will provide content and material for updates to the handbooks and related courses. It is intended to result in the award of up to two (2) contracts. The period of any resulting contract(s) will be from the date of Contract award to one (1) year later. Any resulting contract(s) will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to three (3) additional 1-year periods under the same conditions. The anticipated start dates will be staggered with the first LCMS anticipated to start in October 2021 and the second LCMS anticipated to start January 2022.

    Services similar to those described in this requirement are being provided through TSPS Contract W6381-19-0021 with Promaxis Systems Inc. The period of the Contract is from 5 December 2018 to 3 January 2022, and it is valued at $371,397.10, taxes included.

    For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.

    The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
