Description
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:
- One (1) Level 3 Application/Software Architect
- One (1) Level 2 Business Process Re-engineering Consultants
- Up to four (4) Level 2 Programmers/Software Developers
INFC requires the team of resources (stated above) to assist in the planning, analysis, design of modernizing, and implementing its existing systems that manage its grants and contributions programs.
Bidders may submit a bid for one or all resource categories.
If a Bidder proposes Programmers/Software Developers, the Bidder must propose a minimum of 2 resources in that category.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
