    E60ZT-16TSSB who qualified under Tier 1 ($0 - $3.75M) for the following category:

    Description of the Requirement:

    This project aims to accelerate service transformation at the Labour Program by assessing clients’ needs and expectations, along with internal process inefficiencies, and identifying opportunities to use digital innovations to improve efficiency and client experience.

    The Labour Program is seeking support from an external Contractor to:

    - Conduct client research and process analysis that will help guide the redesign of the Labour Program digital solution; and

    - Provide recommendations on priority areas for improving the delivery of the Labour Program’s five services, with a focus on how integration of more digital solutions could be used to better meet client needs and optimize internal processes.

    Level of Security Requirement:

    1. The contractor must, at all times during the performance of the contract/standing offer, hold a valid designated organization screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)

    2. The contractor personnel requiring access to protected information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid reliability status, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC

    3. The contractor must not remove any protected information or assets from the identified work site(s), and the contractor must ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply with this restriction

    4. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are not to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP, PWGSC

    5. The contractor must comply with the provisions of the:

    a) Security Requirements Check List and security guide attached at Annex B

    b) Contract Security Manual (latest edition)

    Proposed Period of Contract:

    The period of the Contract is estimated to be from August 2021 through March 31, 2022.
