Description of the Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking to engage an experienced firm in the field of financial, asset, and project management to conduct analysis and recommend options vis-à-vis fixed capital asset portfolio management and revenue generation, and to develop a comparative analysis of various comparable organizations and their approaches to asset management, in support of the Agency’s priority goal of long-term asset sustainability.
The period of the contract is from Contract award to March 31, 2022 inclusive.
Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required: Canada - Secret
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Protected B and Secret
Document Safeguarding Security Level Required: Protected B
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The period of the contract is from Contract award to March 31, 2022 inclusive.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 250 days total.
