Description

The Great Lakes Pilotage Authority (GLPA), in Cornwall, Ontario, has a requirement for a qualified consultant to fill the role of Negotiator to partner with the GLPA’s senior management team and to successfully negotiate the collective agreements for its four pilot groups. The work includes the development of approaches to support collective bargaining, negotiation and finalizing of collective agreements.
