    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under the Professional Audit and Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement E60ZQ-180001/XXX/ZQ.

    The Professional Services are required from the following Stream:
    Stream 2: Internal Audit Quality Assessments

    The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

    9. Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Consulting Inc.
    10. Samson & Associes CPA/Consultation Inc.

    The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Audit, Evaluation, and Risk Branch (AERB) requires the services of a qualified, independent assessment team to conduct a full external assessment of the CRA internal audit and evaluation functions following IIA Standards and CRA Internal Audit and Evaluation Policies, covering the two year period January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020.

    Proposed period of contract:

    The CRA seeks to establish 1 contract. The period of the contract will be for up to six months from contract award. The contract will contain irrevocable option to extend the term of the contract by one additional one year period under the same conditions.

    Security Requirement:

    The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Security Clearance at the level of RELIABILITY, with approved Document Safeguarding at the Protected B level.

    Applicable Trade Agreements:
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA) and the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA).
