Description of Work:

Transport Canada requires the services of one (1) Business Analyst with Level 2 experience. The resource will define the requirements for a data management solution, liaise with stakeholders, and develop a business case. The contractor will be required to deliver a report that outlines the list of requirements that considers aspects such as Federal Government policies and regulations, privacy, security, access, storage, transfer of data in and out and redundancy. Option analysis describing the context of the project, potential solutions, comparative analysis of each option and recommendations for a specific option.

• Bidders must submit one bid for all resource categories

• The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
