Description of the Requirement:
Transport Canada is seeking to establish a contract for Human Resources Services to assist the department’s Marine Safety and Security Directorate with the realignment of its organizational structure to meet a desired organizational end-state. The key objectives will be the analysis of the functional organizational current and desired end-states, job functions, job responsibilities and job descriptions to identify organizational gaps; and the recommendation of the appropriate changes to organizational functions and jobs to meet the desired end-state.
One contract will be awarded.
