    Description

    Defence Construction Canada – Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the National Unexploded Explosive Ordnances (UXO) Services Source List (SL), at various DND locations across Canada.
    Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Technical Submissions from UXO Contractors to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” UXO services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.
    Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFQ.
    The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFQ Documents.
    The SL will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $12,000,000.00. DCC will not limit the number of firms on the SL.
    Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $100,000 and $500,000 with no maximum commission limit. Refer to the RFQ document for additional information.
    Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
