Bid solicitation # W6369-6000548626 is issued under the framework of Department of National Defence (DND) Supply Arrangement (SA) # W6369-210242, for the provision of the professional services described below. Only suppliers currently holding a SA under the W6369-210242 series of SAs are invited to compete. Suppliers who wish to pre-qualify under this DND SA, must submit an Offer in response to Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) #W6369-210242/AA on Buy and Sell.

The Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) require a current state review of its Defence Supply Chain (DSC) and comparative analyses against similarly sized Allied nations and commercial companies. The intent is to gain a holistic, high level review of the Defence Supply Chain in relation to its six (6) principle interconnected business activities and compare them against best practices from other nations and commercial companies.
