Tenders must be received by: 2:00 PM, local Time on September 10, 2021 at the following address: aafc.escprocurement-cseapprovisionnement.aac@canada.ca
SITE VISIT
A site visit can be scheduled on any day between August 23, 2021 and
August 27, 2021, at the Harrow Research & Development Centre located at
2585 Essex County Road 20, N0R 1G0.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, site visits will be by appointment only.
Bidders must contact Mark Beens at mark.beens@canada.ca at least 2 days
in advance, to determine the time and day of the appointment.
The visits will be scheduled for only one (1) company at a time and
with a maximum of four (4) representatives per company.
Participants to the visit will be requested to sign an attendance form
as well as the form found at Appendix I of this Invitation to Tender
(Guidance for Contractors Working in AAFC Buildings).
