The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has a requirement for a Project Monitor specialized in gender equality, participatory or feminist monitoring and evaluation, and working with women’s rights organizations for the purpose of monitoring the Pan-Africa and Regional Development Division’s Women’s Voice and Leadership project.
