    TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number FP802-210014 dated February 18,2021 with a closing of March 16,2021 at 2PM. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.

    This requirement is for : Department of Fisheries and Oceans

    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:

    • 6.7 Psychologist

    The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

    1. Calian Ltd. 
    2. Dare Human Resources Corporation 
    3. Promaxis Systems Inc 
    4. Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Consulting Inc.

    Description of the Requirement:

    The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) require the services of qualified Psychologists to assist with the Critical Incident Stress Peer Team Program. The services of the resources will be required in all regions covered by CCG and DFO and must be available in both official languages.

    CCG/DFO will award up to four (4) contracts as a result of this solicitation process.

    The period of any resulting contract will be from contract award to March 31, 2022 inclusive.

    The contract also includes the option to include two (2) additional 1 year period.

    Level of Security Requirement:

    Company Minimum Security Level Required: DOS – Reliability

    Resource Minimum Security Level Required: DOS – Reliability

    Applicable Trade Agreements:

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Honduras Free trade Agreement, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement.

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract to March 31 2022.
