Description of the Requirement:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of one (1) Intermediate Communications Consultant to design and develop communication strategies, plans and tactics to promote and update initiates related to implementing the RCMP People Management Modernization Strategy.

Canada Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement (CHFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force.
Proposed period of contract:
The contract period will be one (1) year from date of contract award, plus the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional 12-month period.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the initial contract period will be for a total of 105 days. All work will be performed on an “as and when requested” basis.
