Description
This notice is to advise the IT vendor community of a pending Request for Proposals (RFP) by the House of Commons (HoC) to prospective Bidders with respect to the provision of IT professional services (including mainly staff augmentation, but also solutions-based services). Scope: This RFP seeks a number of third party IT service suppliers under a framework agreement in order to provide such IT professional services for each of the eight sub-streams identified below, which correspond to the HoC’s IT service delivery streams. • Business Systems o Sub-stream 1.1 – Business Systems • Digital Media and Physical Security Systems / IoT o Sub-stream 2.1 – Digital Media o Sub-stream 2.2 – Physical Security Systems / IoT • Infrastructure o Sub-stream 3.1 – Networking and Data Centre Infrastructure o Sub-stream 3.2 – Platform and Middleware o Sub-stream 3.3 – Cybersecurity • Contact Centre and Technical Field Services o Sub-stream 4.1 – Contact Centre Services and General Technical Field Services o Sub-stream 4.2 – Specialized Physical Security Systems Field Services Bidders may submit a proposal for more than one sub-stream; a separate and complete proposal must therefore be submitted for each additional sub-stream. Timing: The RFP is expected to be released late September 2021.
