NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

Parks Canada is seeking the design and development of an engaging self-directed eLearning course comprised of ~5 individual modules on “How to Prepare Effective Impact Assessment Reports” for the Parks Canada Agency (PCA) using the most suitable applications within the Articulate 360 authoring software package (e.g. Rise, Storyline, Studio, etc.).

The preparation of impact assessment reports is an important legal and mandated obligation within Parks Canada’s protected heritage areas. We seek an engaging, practical training course that builds on current guidelines and tools related to impact assessment, in order to increase practical understanding and achieve greater consistency in the methods and approach to preparing impact assessment reports.

5 modules are required which should be approximately 30 minutes each. Some learning reinforcement activities will also be required. Delivery will require the services of a Learning Designer, Rapid E-Learning Product Programmer, Graphic Designer, Multimedia Director, Audio Producer, and some use of a French-language Narrator, Animator, and Video Producer.

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to December 31, 2022 inclusive with up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions
