Description of Work:
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has identified a requirement for contractor(s) to support numerous projects throughout the department including business/change management on an as-and-when-requested basis. Many of the projects are currently in the early planning phase and Contractor assistance may be required to assist with the completion of the requirements definition for some projects.
The objective of the requirement is to make available Business Consulting and Change Management Consultants that will support DFATD in its mandate and the various groups within the department, on an as-and-when-requested basis
Up to four (4) contracts will be awarded to the first four (4) ranked bidders with compliants bids.
The period of each Contract will be one (1) year from the date of Contract award. Each Contract will include the option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions

There are no incumbents in any of the specified roles.
Security Requirement:
There are security requirements associated with this requirement:
- The contractor/offeror must, at all times during the performance of the contract/standing offer, hold a valid facility security clearance at the level of secret, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
- The contractor/offeror personnel requiring access to protected/classified information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of secret as required, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC
- The contractor/offeror must not utilize its Information Technology systems to electronically process, produce or store any sensitive protected/classified information until the CSP, PWGSC has issued written approval. After approval has been granted, these tasks may be performed up to the level of secret
- Subcontracts which contain security requirements are not to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP, PWGSC
