Title: Bottled Drinking Water - High Commission of Canada, New Delhi, India
Description:
The purpose of this RFSO is to select one (1) supplier to enter into a Standing Offer Agreement with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) to supply and deliver bottled drinking water for the High Commission in New Delhi, India as described in the Statement of Work (Annex A).
The Work is to be performed from the Standing Offer award date for a period of two (2) years. There is also the potential of two (2) additional one (1) year irrevocable option periods under the same terms and conditions.
Basis of selection:
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer
Tenders must be submitted to the GAC Bid Receiving Email: internationalproposals@international.gc.ca
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
