The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), has a requirement for an electronic traffic enforcement reference manual and electronic quick reference guide.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2022.

Inquires are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) working days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
