This solicitation contains a mandatory requirement that all suppliers comply with the mandate regarding COVID-19 Vaccine Certification.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation numbers 84084-21-0002 dated June 20, 2021 with a closing of July 22, 2021 at 1400 MDT and 84084-21-0116 which was cancelled before closing date. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
This requirement is only open to the following pre-qualified suppliers under the Task and Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS).

Description of the Requirement:
The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) has a requirement for the provision of Stream 2 - Business Consultants/Change Management – 2.1 Business Analyst professional services-NON-IT Related to obtain, expertise and support in the new Canadian Energy Regulator (CER) Governance model. Expertise services are to be provided by resources on an "as-and-when-requested" basis through an approved Task Authorization.
Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required: DOS – Reliability
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: DOS – Reliability
Proposed period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract will be from the date of award for one year, with 2 additional one year option periods.
It is Canada’s intension to award up to two (2) contracts.
