    The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Family Advocate has a firm requirement for the services of one (1) Communications Consultant, Senior Level to provide support to the Royal Canadian Air Forces (RCAF) military families in Nepean, ON. 

    The period of the Contract will be from Contract award to one (1) year later plus the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

    It is the intention of Canada to award a one (1) contract for this request.

    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:

    3. Project Management Services Stream, 3.11 Communications Consultant, Senior Level.
