Description of the Requirement:
Title: Treasury Board Submission and Costing Unit (TBSCU) Costing Capacity and Capability Health Check, Improvement Planning and Support
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement for professional services to assist in a review of its costing capacity and capability, help design updated and best practice procedures and to provide support to existing staff. The contractor is to provide a team of experts who will augment existing costing capacity and provide advice and guidance to the Senior Director, Treasury Board Submissions and Costing.
