    DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

    Public Safety Canada (PS) has a requirement for Evaluation of Public Safety’s Initiatives to Address Post-Traumatic Stress Injuries Among Public Safety Officers.

    PERIOD OF WORK

    The Work is to be performed from the date of contract award to September 30th, 2022, inclusively.

    EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract. In the event two or more responsive bids per stream have the same highest combined rating of technical merit and price, the responsive bid that obtained the highest overall score for all the point rated technical criteria detailed in Part 4 will be recommended for award of a contract. In the event that both responsive bids have obtained the same overall score for all the point rated technical criteria detailed in Part 4 per stream, the bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
