This requirement is for: Royal Canadian Mounted Police
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:
Three (3) Senior Level Organizational Design and Classification Consultants (Category 1.2)
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

Description of the Requirement:
Up to three contracts will be awarded to fulfil a Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requirement for the services of up to three (3) Senior Level Organizational Design and Classification Consultants to provide organizational design and classification services as per Treasury Board Secretariat and RCMP approved policies, directives and standards.
Level of Security Requirement:
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: RCMP RELIABILITY SECURITY STATUS

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Panama Free-Trade Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement, the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) and the Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement.
Proposed period of contract:
The contract period will be one (1) year from date of contract award, with the option to extend the term of the contract(s) by up to one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be an estimated total of 120 to 240 days per resource per year, this estimate does not constitute a commitment on Canada’s part.
