    Description of Requirement: The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission has a requirement for rotary chair seating, Category Rotary Chairs as per Annex B in the Request for Bids (RFB).

    Trade Agreements: This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.

    This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Indigenous peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
