TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.

This requirement is for: The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB)

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 (= $0 - $3.75M) for the following categories:

Description of the Requirement:

The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) has a requirement for three (3) resources under the TSPS SA: One (1) Senior Project Manager, Category 3.2;

One (1) Senior and one (1) Intermediate Organizational Design and Classification Consultants, Category 1.2, to support the implementation of PA Conversion.

The consultant’s resources will be required to work on behalf of the classification team to ensure the conversion project rolls out seamlessly and to evaluate job descriptions against the new PA standard and write the associate rationales.

The Organizational Design and Classification consultant resources may be required to participate in classification committees.
