    DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project # VR552301_75723 – Removal and disposal of residual material, renting of containers and compactors, Valcartier Garrison and vicinity (QC).

    The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the removal, transportation and disposal of residual material generated on the Valcartier Base territory and on other satellite sites, and for renting and maintaining containers of various types and capacities and ultimate waste and cardboard compactors.

    The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $1,034,000.00 for a two (2)-year period with a possible extension of three (3) additional one (1)-year periods, for a total value of $2,585,000.00.

    Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193S), paragraph 5.

    This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in

    Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Ten of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
