    Description of Work:

    The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has identified a requirement for three (3) Project Administrators and one (1) Program Administrator who will be responsible for project management and coordination of curatorial and outreach projects for the Visual Art Collection program. The resources will work with the Visual Art Collection curators, and registrar to manage and disseminate content on various print and online platforms to serve an expanding portfolio of services to diverse audiences (Headquarters operations, diplomatic missions abroad and cultural partners).

    DFATD’s Visual Art Collection (VAC) program promotes awareness of Canadian visual arts and artists outside of Canada to support and enable Canada’s cultural diplomacy efforts. The collection plays a significant role in the government’s support of the arts by collecting and presenting works of art for display in public areas of official residences and chanceries abroad.

    Security Requirement:

    There are security requirements associated with this requirement:

    1. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
    2. The Contractor personnel requiring access to PROTECTED/CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET granted or approved by CSP, PWGSC.
    3. The Contractor must not remove any PROTECTED/CLASSIFIED information from the identified work site(s), and the Contractor must ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply with this restriction.
    4. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CSP, PWGSC.
