This Bid Solicitation is issued against E60ZT-18TSPS Supply Arrangement for task-based professional services, for the provision of the following professional services Stream 3: two (2) Technical Writers.
SA Holders that are invited to compete as a joint venture must submit a bid as that joint venture SA Holder, forming no other joint venture to bid. Any joint venture must be already qualified under the E60ZT-18TSPS series as that joint venture at the time of bid closing in order to submit a bid.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
Environment Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirment for the services of two (2) Technical writers: 1 Senior and 1 Junior. The period of any resulting contract will be from date of issuance of Contract to March 31, 2023, inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to two [ 2 ] additional one [ 1 ] year periods under the same conditions.
Basis of Selection – Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit [70 %] and Price [30 %]
