Description

The Department, prepares a wide range of speeches for use by the Minister, the Parliamentary Secretary, Deputy Ministers, Senators and/or Members of Parliament speaking on the Minister's behalf. The Contractor will provide ongoing English speech writing services on an as-and-when requested basis. Speech topics cover diverse Indigenous and Northern issues directed to various audiences depending on the nature of the event and the venue. The audience includes Indigenous leaders and organizations, professional associations and citizens, non-governmental organizations, Parliamentarians and other elected officials, industry and environmental stakeholders, media and/or the general public.
