    As per TSPS, a minimum of 15 suppliers must be invited; for this requirement ESDC has made the decision to not invite any additional suppliers outside of the 15 initially invited.

    Description of the Requirement:

    The Partnerships Development and Management Directorate (PDMD) within Citizen Service Branch (CSB) is seeking business expertise to identify lessons learned regarding its service delivery partnerships (SDPs) and to review international best practices of other jurisdictions to give PDMD insight into what has worked well and areas where improvement may be required, which will support key functions in the Partnership Delivery Unit (PDU) and Centre of Expertise for Partnerships (CoEP) within PDMD, as well as within CSB overall.

    The intent is to inform the process in which the identification, assessment, establishment and oversight of SDPs is conducted, in order to improve outcomes going forward for internal stakeholders, partners, and clients overall. 

    Proposed Period of Contract:

    The period of the Contract is estimated to be from January 2021 through March 2022.
