Amd 002- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date until January 26th, 2022 at 2pm.
Amd-001- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date until January 24th, 2022 at 2pm.
The Service has identified a need for a cloud-based ticketing solution that is modular with features and functionalities to automate workflows for incident and request management with reporting capabilities, a knowledge base, service catalogue, dashboards and a self-service portal with the ability to submit requests.
The service catalogue feature shall allow different business functions in PPS to manage different types of tickets independently with the ability to designate an administrator for each business function.
