Description
The Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), has a mandate to have the capability to operate in all climatic conditions worldwide including the extreme cold of the Arctic. To support the CWLS acquisition, CANSOFCOM is seeking a third-party Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide expertise, planning and execution of extreme cold weather winter training, trials and user evaluations.
