Title: Replacement of two (2) HVAC Systems - New Delhi, India
Description:
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires one (1) contract for the for the supply,
delivery and installation of two (2) existing HVAC System at the Official Residence, Canada House, New Delhi, India as
described in the Statement of Work (Annex A).
The Work is to be performed from contract award date (tentatively set for February 1st, 2021). However, in the event of
unusual circumstances, the contract could be awarded at a sooner or later date.
There are no Security requirements associated with this requirement, however, Contractor’s personnel shall be escorted
and placed under supervision of Official Residence of Canadian High Commissioner at all times during the performance
of the Work.
Basis of selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
