    Description

    The Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, hereinafter known as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is seeking to issue up to five (5) contracts for guard services for eleven (11) accommodation facilities located in the province of Quebec. During the course of the contract accommodation facilities may be added or removed.

    Canada is seeking to establish up to five (5) contracts for guard services on an “as and when requested” basis, as defined in Appendix "D", Statement of Work. The contract period will start on the date of Contract Award and end March 31, 2022 with two (2) additional six (6) months option periods. The Contractor’s resources must be available to work on-site at the requested accommodation facilities located in the province of Quebec.

    There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
