Description

Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the services of a Contractor to provide monitoring services for five agricultural projects for the Haitian program management team. The Contractor will be responsible for evaluating the performance of the five projects. The Contractor will conduct field visits to the projects, consult with project stakeholders and beneficiaries, and attend committee meetings as needed. They will provide advice to DFATD on technical aspects of project implementation as deemed necessary and appropriate by the project manager. The Monitor will support the development of synergies and coordination between the five projects, as well as with all other Canadian-funded projects in Haiti in the same field of environment, agriculture and climate change.
