This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who pre-qualified under A.6 Programmer/Software Developer Level 3 against the TBIPS Supply Arrangement # EN578-170432.

**NRC HAS ALREADY EXTENDED THE INVITATION TO THE FIRST 15 SUPPLIERS THAT ASKED TO BE INVITED. UNFORTUNATELY, THE INVITATION WILL NOT BE OPENED TO ALL ADDITIONAL SUPPLIERS AS IT WOULD NOT BE CONSISTENT WITH THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE PROCUREMENT SYSTEM.**

Description of Work:

NRC is looking for Programmers/Software Developers Level 3 to develop new service offerings and processes on the Axios assyst platform, as well as redesign existing ones, to simplify, centralize, coordinate and manage the delivery of services to clients.
