Description of Work:

Global Affairs Canada (GAC) requires the services of ten (10) Senior Computer Application Support resources to assist with the various IT Projects within the National Capital Region. The Service Delivery and Support division, SIS, within GAC is responsible for IT Support of clients within the National Capital Region (NCR). SIS requires additional resources to assist with projects such as Microsoft Windows upgrades, smartphone upgrades, Movement of staff, IM/IT Resource Center resources, etc.
