The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $500,000.00 with the option to extend for 4 additional one-year periods at $500,000.00 for a total estimated value of $2,500,000.00
This contract will be in place from Notification of Award to March 31, 2023. We understand that if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this contract may be extended for four 4) additional periods from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024; April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025; April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026; April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, under the same terms and conditions.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
